SHIPPING POLICY

Each Bodi Botanica fragrance is handcrafted in small batches and carefully prepared before shipment.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

  • Orders are shipped from Altadena, California.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information through Etsy.

Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For hygiene and product integrity, returned fragrances must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
